Watch: Twitter erupts after Joe Root’s “Ridiculous” Reverse-Scoop Off Neil Wagner
As England raced 296 to finish a series sweep, Joe Root astonished Twitter with a sensational reverse-scoop off bowler Neil Wagner.

On Day 4 at Headingley in Leeds, England needed to score 296 points to defeat New Zealand in the third Test, and Root surprised Twitter with a spectacular reverse-scoop off bowler Neil Wagner.
Left-handed Wagner bowled one full and across him while running in from over the wicket, but English ace hitter Root quickly altered positions and scooped the ball over the third man boundary.
