Shimron Hetmyer had to miss few IPL matches due to the birth of his child.
On May 8, the big-hitting West Indian came to Guyana to attend the birth of his child. As a result, he was unable to play against the Delhi Capitals and the Lucknow Super Giants.
An IPL source added, “Hetmyer has returned and is currently in quarantine.”
After defeating the Lucknow Super Giants by 24 runs, the Royals, who are presently second in the points table, are on pace to finish in the top two. Hence to qualify for the IPL 2022 Playoffs, Rajasthan Royals RR must win their final match of the season. Taking on CSK will be a difficult task.

Hetmyer has been a significant component for the former champions this season, having been purchased for Rs 8.5 crore at the auction.
